1. 1Eligibility

   Margaritaville Vacation Club Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, District of Columbia and Puerto Rico who are 28 years of age or older (“Entrant”). Void where prohibited. No purchase necessary to enter the Giveaway. Employees of Travel + Leisure Resorts Development, Inc. including Margaritaville Vacation Club, Inc (“Sponsor”), Brandmovers, Inc. (“Administrator”), IMCMV Holdings and its affiliated brands, (“Promotional Participant”), and/or any of their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production execution or distribution of the Giveaway (collectively with Sponsor, the "Giveaway Entities") and their immediate family (spouse, parents and step-parents, siblings and step-siblings, and children and step-children and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and household members of each such employee, whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's and Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway. Winning a prize or receiving a reward is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.

Margaritaville at Sea, IMCMV Holdings, Inc., Margaritaville Enterprises, LLC and other merchants represented are not sponsors of this Giveaway or the seller of any vacation ownership product.

3. 3Giveaway Overview

   The Giveaway consists of: (1) a daily entry pool, where one (1) entrant will be selected from all entries received each day during the Giveaway Period to win a Daily Prize (each a “Daily Pool”); (2) a grand prize entry pool, where one (1) entrant will be selected from all entries received during the entire Giveaway Period to win the Grand Prize (“Grand Prize Pool”), and; an instant win game where only entrants who enter the Giveaway during the Giveaway Period in person at a participating Margaritaville restaurant will receive an Instant Win Reward upon submitting their entry into the Giveaway (the “Instant Win Game”). When an entrant enters the Giveaway, they are automatically entered into the Daily Pool and Grand Prize Pool, simultaneously.

4. 4Giveaway Periods

   The Giveaway begins at 12:00:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on July 17, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 13, 2027 (the "Giveaway Period"). Each Daily Pool begins at 12:00:00 AM ET and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET of each calendar day during the Giveaway Period (each a “Daily Period”), and; the Grand Prize Pool and Instant Win Game coincide with the Giveaway Period.

There are four (4) ways to enter/participate in the Giveaway:

1. Website Registration: To enter via this method of entry, visit https://finsup.margaritavillevacationclub.com/sweepstakes-2026 (the “Website”) during the Giveaway Period and register by completing the form fill in its entirety and submitting the form. Upon submitting the form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Daily and Grand Prize Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.

2. QR Code & Registration: To enter via this method of entry, scan the Giveaway QR code during the Giveaway Period, which will lead to the Website (defined in Official Rule 5 a). Once at the Website, register by completing the form fill in its entirety and submitting the form. Upon submitting the form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Daily and Grand Prize Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.

3. Online AMOE Entry: To enter via this method of entry, without registering on the Website directly or through the QR Code, visit https://finsup.margaritavillevacationclub.com/amoe, to find, complete and submit the online entry form to receive one (1) entry into the Daily and Grand Prize Entry Pool, simultaneously. Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.

4. In-Restaurant Entry^*: To enter via this method of entry, scan the Giveaway QR code at any participating Margaritaville restaurant (see section 7 for full list) during the Giveaway Period, which will lead to the following website: https://finsup.margaritavillevacationclub.com/restaurant. Entrants must first enter a valid phone number, check acceptance of the Official Rules, and entrant has the option to check the opt-In box. Entrant then proceeds to play the Instant Win Game by “blending the blender,” which will then prompt the entrant to complete the form fill in its entirety. Upon submitting the form, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Daily and Grand Prize Pool, simultaneously. In addition, upon submitting the form, the entrant will see an Instant Win Game message on-screen displaying which Instant Win Reward the entrant received (see Official Rule 7 for the list of available Instant Win Rewards). Limit one (1) entry per person during the entire Giveaway Period, regardless of the method of entry.

There will be one (1) Daily Prize winner in each Daily Pool (for a total of 180 Daily Prize winners during the entire Giveaway Period), each to be selected via a random drawing to occur the business day immediately following each Daily Period, from among all eligible entries received in the applicable Daily Pool. Non-winning entries from any Daily Pool WILL roll over to subsequent Daily Pool random drawings. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the number of eligible entries that are included in the applicable Daily Pool. There will be one (1) Grand Prize winner, to be selected via a random drawing to occur on or about January 13, 2027, from among all eligible Grand Prize Pool entries received during the entire Giveaway Period. Odds of winning a Daily Prize depend on the number of eligible entries that are included in the applicable Daily Pool. Each random drawing will be conducted by Administrator. Each potential Daily Prize winner and the potential Grand Prize winner will be notified by email on or about the day they are selected as the potential winner (“Winner Notification”). The potential winners must respond to the Winner Notification within 24 hours of time sent or will forfeit their right to the prize, which may then be awarded to an alternate winner, at Sponsor’s sole discretion, time permitting.

Upon receipt of each Daily Prize winner’s response to the Winner Notification within the 24-hour time period, each Daily Prize winner will receive an additional email with instructions on how to redeem their Daily Prize. Upon receipt of the Grand Prize winner’s response to the Winner Notification within the 24-hour time period, the potential Grand Prize winner will then be sent an additional email containing an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release (where legal) as well as W9 tax form (“Prize Release Documents”). The potential Grand Prize winner must complete, sign and return the Prize Release Documents via email within 7 days of Sponsor or Administrator sending the Prize Release Document email, or Grand Prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner, time permitting at Sponsor’s sole discretion. The Grand Prize winner will be issued a Form-1099 tax form for the actual value of the Grand Prize for the calendar year in which the Grand Prize is awarded.

THE POTENTIAL WINNERS ARE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION BY ADMINISTRATOR AND SPONSOR’S DECISIONS ARE FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE GIVEAWAY.

7. 7Prizes, Rewards & ARVs

   Prizes/Rewards/Approximate Retail Values (“ARV’s”)/Instant Win Game Odds – One (1) Grand Prize – A 7-night Margaritaville at Sea Islander cruise for two (2) people (“Cruise”); and a $2,500 Airfare voucher from Reward Link (“Airfare Voucher”). ARV: between $4,499 - $5,499 (based on double occupancy). OR a 7-night Resort Stay at the Margaritaville Vacation Club Resorts in Atlanta, Desert Blue Las Vegas, or St. Thomas, for four (4) people (“Resort Stay”); and a $2,500 Airfare voucher from Reward Link (“Airfare Voucher”) (“Airfare Voucher”). ARV: between $3,490 - $8,623 (based on occupancy and Resort location). The specific Grand Prize (either the Cruise, or the Resort Stay) is to be selected by the Grand Prize winner.

Cruise Terms: Expires within 12 months of issuance. The Cruise, if chosen by the Grand Prize winner, will be awarded via e-voucher valid for an up to seven (7) night cruise for two (2) guests sharing one (1) interior stateroom aboard select Margaritaville at Sea vessels, including Margaritaville at Sea Paradise, Islander, or Beachcomber. Two guests are required, and the guest completing the reservation must be 18 years of age or older at the time of sailing. The e-voucher must be reserved and redeemed within twelve (12) months of the date of issuance. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not sail within twelve (12) months of the date of issuance, that winner forfeits the Cruise portion of the Grand Prize, which will then go unawarded, and the Grand Prize winner will be responsible to pay all taxes associated with the full ARV of the Grand Prize, even if the Grand Prize winner does not use all elements of the Grand Prize. All sailing dates are subject to availability, blackout dates, and additional restrictions as determined by Margaritaville at Sea. The e-voucher has no cash value, is not transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may not be combined with any other promotions, offers, or discounts. The e-voucher covers cruise fare and required cruise fees only. Government taxes and fees, gratuities, fuel charges, upgrades, and optional onboard purchases are not included and must be paid by the guest at the time of booking. Taxes, fees and port expenses of $56 - $146 per guest are due at time of booking and are subject to change. Guests are also responsible for $22 per person per day in gratuities for all cabin categories, Suites are $25 per person per day in gratuities and a fuel supplement of $15 per person per day on Paradise cruise ship only. All charges are subject to change. Any third or fourth guest traveling in the stateroom is required to pay the full applicable retail rate, including required cruise fees and expenses. Transportation to and from the port of embarkation, parking, shore excursions, onboard purchases, and all optional services are the responsibility of the guest. Guests are responsible for securing and presenting all required travel and immigration documentation. Guests denied boarding due to insufficient documentation will not be eligible to reschedule their cruise. Additional terms, conditions, and cancellation policies apply. All amounts paid by Purchaser to Company are nonrefundable. Transportation to/from the Port is the responsibility of the guest. Guests denied boarding due to lack of proper CBP documentation, i.e.: passport, birth certificate, etc., will not have the option of moving to a future date. Resort Stay Terms: Expires January 13, 2028. The Resort Stay, if chosen by the Grand Prize winner, consists of 7-night consecutive accommodations in a Studio or One Bedroom unit with maximum occupancy of four (4) people (depending on availability) at any one (1) of the following Grand Prize winner-selected Margaritaville Vacation Club Resorts: Atlanta; Desert Blue Las Vegas; or St. Thomas. (each, the “Destination”). Resort Stay must be used by January 13, 2028, or will be forfeited in its entirety. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not use the Resort Stay by January 13, 2028, that winner forfeits the Resort Stay portion of the Grand Prize, which will then go unawarded, and the Grand Prize winner will be responsible to pay all taxes associated with the full ARV of the Grand Prize, even if the Grand Prize winner does not use all elements of the Grand Prize. Once made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Giveaway. Advanced reservation required, based on availability at time of booking. Not valid during peak seasons, special events or holidays. Airfare Voucher will be awarded via an Airline Credit from Reward Link. Reward Links expire on January 13, 2028, and are valid within the USA only. Reward Links are issued to Grand Prize winner without charge for loyalty, award, or promotional purposes, and are not sold to consumers. Reward can only be redeemed by the Grand Prize winner; Reward cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. All redemptions are final. Reward Link balances from different programs cannot be combined. All expenses not specifically listed in these Official Rules (including but not limited to meals, ground transportation, gratuities, incidental charges, additional baggage fees and hotel fees) are sole responsibility of the Grand Prize Winner. The Grand Prize will be awarded only if the potential Grand Prize Winner fully complies with these Official Rules. Trips are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The winner and guest(s) must travel together on the same itinerary. If winner decides to take less than four (4) people on the Resort Stay or not to bring a guest on the Cruise, no credit or refunds will be awarded. Prize consists of only those items specifically listed as part of the prize. Winner’s guests (or their parent/legal guardian if any guest is deemed a minor in the state of his/her residence), must complete and return a liability and publicity release within the time period specified. Valid credit card and government identification required upon hotel check-in. Additional air carrier baggage charges are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Any optional service fees including seat selection, meals, and drinks are not included and are the responsibility of the traveling passenger. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates.

Once made, all travel dates are final. All travel arrangements will be made by Sponsor through a carrier of Sponsor’s choice. Travel is subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this Giveaway, and those set forth by the Sponsor’s airline carrier of choice as detailed in the passenger ticket contract. Valid credit card and government identification required upon Resort Stay and Cruise check-in. Sponsor will not replace any lost, mutilated, or stolen tickets, travel vouchers or certificates. Actual value may vary based on airfare fluctuations and distance between departure and destination. Winner will not receive difference between actual and approximate retail value.

One hundred and eighty (180) Daily Prizes - (one (1) per Daily Pool) – A 2-night stay in a studio suite at Margaritaville Vacation Club in Atlanta; OR Margaritaville Vacation Club in St. Thomas; OR Club Wyndham Desert Blue in Las Vegas. Stay is to be awarded in the form of a Margaritaville prize code, which is a one-time use only promo code (occupancy of room is between two (2) and four (4) people, depending on location). ARV of Daily Prize is $973 - $1,505 each. Location to be selected by the Daily Prize winner, based on availability.
ARV of all Daily Prizes is up to $270,900.00.

Daily Prize Terms. Not applicable for upgrade room types. Daily Prizes issued on or before September 30, 2026, expire on March 31, 2027. Daily Prizes issued on or after October 1, 2026, expire on June 30, 2027. In the event the Daily Prize winner does not redeem the Daily Prize (i.e., their promo code) before the expiration dates described above of, that winner forfeits the Daily Prize, which will then go unawarded, and the Daily Prize winner will be responsible to pay all taxes associated with the Daily Prize, even if the Daily Prize winner does not use the Daily Prize. Instant Win Reward Disclaimers

No Cash Value/No Substitution – Instant Win Rewards have no cash value and may not be substituted, transferred, or exchanged. Rewards cannot be redeemed for beer, wine, spirits, mocktails, non-alcoholic beverages, or any item not expressly listed as a reward. All food Rewards are redeemable at the kitchen pass only.

One Prize Per Table – While each adult guest may enter individually, only one (1) prize per table/check may be redeemed per visit, regardless of the number of individual entries submitted by guests at that table. If multiple members of the same party each enter and each generate a winning result, only one prize will be honored per table, to be selected and redeemed at the discretion of the redeeming guest or table representative. Attempts to redeem more than one prize per table, including presenting multiple winning results from different devices or entries at the same table, will result in forfeiture of all but one prize. Restaurant staff and IMCMV reserve the right to determine, in their sole discretion, which single prize is honored when multiple winning entries are presented at the same table, and that determination is final.

Food Prize - Allergen Warning – Complimentary food Rewards are prepared in a commercial kitchen that processes common allergens, including but not limited to: gluten, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, shellfish, fish, soy, and sesame. Cross-contact with allergens is possible. Participants with food allergies, sensitivities, or dietary restrictions must notify their server before ordering. IMCMV Holdings and its affiliated concepts are not responsible for adverse reactions resulting from failure to disclose a dietary restriction at the time of ordering.

Food Prize -- Entree Requirement – Complimentary food Rewards require the purchase of at least one (1) full-price entree on the same check. The complimentary item will not be applied to a check that does not include a qualifying entree. No rain check, carry-over, or future-visit substitution will be provided for unclaimed food Rewards.

Retail Prize - Location Availability – Retail merchandise prizes are available only at participating locations where merchandise is sold. Availability of specific items, styles, sizes, and colors is subject to in-store inventory at the time of redemption. At locations without a retail operation, a substitute Reward of equivalent approximate retail value will be provided at the discretion of the location manager. Retail merchandise prizes are available only at participating locations where merchandise is sold.

Next-Visit Certificate – Next-visit Reward certificate is valid for 90 days from the date printed on the certificate. Minimum purchase of $40.00 (before tax and gratuity) required for redemption. Valid for dine-in only at participating locations. Not valid in combination with any other offer, promotion, coupon, or discount. One certificate per check. No cash value. Certificates that have been altered, duplicated, or reproduced are void. Promotional Participant reserves the right to modify or discontinue this offer at any time without prior notice.

By entering, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Giveaway Entities from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liability, including but not limited to negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, including but not limited to invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant's entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Giveaway, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity-related thereto) and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry.

All entries become the property of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who submits more than the one permitted entry, or who the Sponsor believes has attempted to tamper with, influence, or impair the administration, security, fairness, or proper play of this Giveaway. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, fire, flood, natural or man-made epidemic of health of other means, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, satellite or equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared) or any federal state or local government law, order, or regulation, public health crisis, order of any court or jurisdiction or if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. If the Giveaway is terminated before the designated end date, Sponsor will (if possible) award the Grand Prize and any unclaimed rewards in a random drawing from all eligible, non-suspect entries received for the Giveaway as of the date of the event giving rise to the termination or as otherwise deemed fair and appropriate by Sponsor. Inclusion in such drawing shall be each entrant’s sole and exclusive remedy under such circumstances. Entrant further agrees and acknowledges that Sponsor reserves the right to forfeit or award any unclaimed or leftover prize or rewards at its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other Giveaway or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner and void all associated entries, game plays, and/or prize or reward claims. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Giveaway may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Only the type and quantity of prizes or rewards described in these Official Rules will be awarded. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. In the event that any provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable or illegal, these rules shall otherwise remain in effect and shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or illegal provision were not contained herein. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Giveaway Entities as set forth above are not responsible for: (1) for late, lost, jumbled, garbled, misdirected, delayed, incomplete, incorrect, or inaccurate entries, game plays, prize claims, email, mail, or other communications of any kind, whether caused by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Giveaway or by any human error; (2) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway; (3) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (4) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Giveaway; (5) technical, network, mechanical, typographical, human or other error or problem which may occur in connection with the Giveaway, including, but not limited to, errors or problems which may occur in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries, game plays or prize claims, rewards claims, the announcement of the prizes or rewards, or in any Giveaway-related materials; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use or misuse of any prize or reward (including any travel or activity-related thereto). If for any reason an entry or game play is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrants’ sole remedy is another entry or game play in the Giveaway, provided that the Giveaway has not been terminated.

Entrant agrees that: (i) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Giveaway, other than those concerning the administration of the Giveaway or the determination of Winners or for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the participation in a Prize or Reward, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any disputes arising out of these Official Rules (except for any disputes arising from the loss or injury from the use of Prize or Rewards) shall be submitted to final, binding arbitration conducted in the State of Florida under the Arbitration Rules and Procedures of the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services Inc. before a single, neutral arbitrator who is a former or retired Florida state or federal court judge with experience in entertainment matters who shall follow Florida law and the Federal Rules of Evidence and have no authority to award punitive damages. Either party may enforce a final arbitration award in any court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida, including an award of costs, fees and expenses incurred in enforcing the award. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Released Parties shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief (unless otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules) in the state and federal courts of the state of Florida. Any dispute or portion thereof, or any claim for a particular form of relief (not otherwise precluded by any other provision of these Official Rules), that may not be arbitrated pursuant to applicable state or federal law may be heard only in a court of competent jurisdiction in the state of Florida; (iii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of- pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Giveaway, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (iv) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out- of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. The prize(s) offered under this Sweepstakes may be considered a “financial incentive” under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”).
